With a little more than a month left in the 85th Texas Legislative Session, Robert Haney, Chief Clerk of the Texas House, will discuss his thoughts on the best ways for you and your clients/associations to navigate the rules and procedures involved with the end of session deadlines. House Chief Clerk since 2003 and a 25 year Capitol veteran, Haney’s legislative experience makes him one of the foremost experts on rules and procedures in the legislature. As he stated in a Capitol Crowd interview, “My office doesn’t get involved in issues.
